8:00 introduction of staff and participiants
8:30-9:45 – introduction to spray foam
9:45-10:00 – break
10:00-10:45 – spray foam health and safety
10:45-noon –sales and business development
Noo- 1 :00 – lunch
1;00- 1:45 – building science
1:45-2:30-introduction to spray foam equipment
2:30-2:45- break
2:45-3:30 – equipment troubleshooting and maintenance schedule
3:30-5:00 – spray foam trouble shooting
Day 2.
8;00- noon- spray gun, pumps, proportioner – hands on repair and parts
Noon- 1:00- lunch
1:00-1:45 – sales and business development
1:45-2:30- spray gun maintenance (practical)
2:30-2:45 – break
2:45-3:30 – estimating
3:30-4:15 – hands on introduction to spray foam equipment
4:15-5:00 – building codes
Day 3.
8:00-8:45 – spray foam accessories
8:45-noon – chemical preparation and spray foam basics
Noon-1:1:00- lunch
1:00 – 4:00 – spray foam basics, continued
4:00 – 5:00 – course written tet
Day 4.
Practical on job site to include start up, spraying, changeover, job site prep and effeciency, and housekeeping.
