Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to have the right part. If we have sent the wrong thing, or something arrives faulty, we will put it right. Beyond that, please read the conditions below before you order — spray equipment parts and chemicals have real limits on what can be returned.
1. The short version
- 30 days to request a return on most unused, unopened stock parts, counted from delivery or pickup.
- You need a Return Authorization (RA) number from us first.
- Restocking fee of 20% on returns for convenience or ordering error.
- Sale and promotion items are final sale, unless we shipped the wrong item or it is defective. See our Terms of Sale.
- No fee at all if we shipped the wrong item or the item is defective.
- Chemicals, opened items, used parts, custom and special orders are not returnable.
2. How to start a return
Call (718) 788-6800 or email info@thespraymarket.com with your order number, the part number, the quantity and the reason. We will confirm whether the item is returnable and issue an RA number and the return address. Do not ship anything back without an RA number. Unmarked returns cannot be matched to an order and may be refused or delayed.3. Condition required
Returned goods must be unused, uninstalled, complete with all parts and literature, and in original undamaged packaging, in resaleable condition. Items that have been fitted to a machine, run with chemical, cut, drilled, modified or marked cannot be returned.4. What we cannot take back
- Chemicals — foam, coatings, resins, isocyanates, primers, sealants, solvents and cleaners, whether opened or not. Once a drum or pail has left our control we cannot certify its storage or shelf life, so we cannot resell it. Defective or off-specification product is handled as a manufacturer claim, not a return.
- Opened or used items, including any part that has had chemical through it.
- Custom and made-to-order goods, including cut-to-length and custom-built hose assemblies.
- Special orders brought in for you or drop-shipped by the manufacturer, unless the manufacturer accepts a return, in which case their fee applies.
- Electrical and electronic components — boards, controllers, sensors, heaters and motor controls — once installed or energized.
- Seals, o-rings, gaskets and packing kits once the sealed bag is opened.
- Personal protective equipment, respirators, cartridges, suits and gloves once opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Clearance, closeout and “as-is” items, which are sold final.
