We ship from our warehouse at 162 2nd Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Parts and small items go by parcel carrier; drums, machines and pallets go by freight; and in and around New York City we deliver on our own trucks.

1. Order cut-off and handling

Orders placed and paid before 1:00pm Eastern, Monday to Thursday, usually ship the same working day if the item is in stock. Friday orders placed before 11:00am Eastern usually ship the same day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, and shipments do not move on those days or on public holidays.

Machines, custom hose assemblies, special orders and items shipping directly from the manufacturer take longer to prepare. We tell you the expected lead time when we confirm the order.

2. Stock and backorders

Stock figures on the site are a guide, not a guarantee — an item can sell twice in the same minute. If something you ordered is not available we contact you promptly with the lead time and you choose whether to wait, substitute or cancel that line. We do not hold a whole order hostage to one backordered part unless you ask us to.

3. Parcel shipping

Small parts, kits, guns and accessories ship by parcel carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and dimensions. Transit times quoted by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed by us.

4. Freight shipping

Drums, proportioners, reactors, pallets and other oversized or heavy goods ship by LTL freight. Freight is quoted rather than fixed, and the quote assumes:

A commercial address with someone available to receive the delivery during business hours.
No liftgate and no inside delivery unless you request them.
No residential, limited-access, construction-site or appointment-required surcharges.

Residential delivery, liftgate, inside delivery, appointment scheduling, redelivery after a missed appointment, and storage all carry carrier charges. If your site needs any of these, tell us before we book the freight so we can quote it properly. Charges the carrier bills us after delivery because a site requirement was not disclosed will be passed on to you.

5. Our own truck delivery

We deliver on our own trucks within the five boroughs of New York City — Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, the Bronx and Staten Island. Truck delivery is scheduled with you, and larger chemical orders may qualify for free delivery. Delivery availability and any free-delivery threshold are shown at checkout for eligible addresses.

6. Chemicals and hazardous materials

Some products we sell are regulated for transport. These may not be shipped by air, may require a hazardous materials fee, may need a full pallet rather than a single drum, and cannot be delivered to some addresses. If a restriction applies to your order we contact you before shipping. Chemicals are not returnable once shipped except for a verified defect — see our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Title, risk and inspection on delivery

Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to the carrier you nominate. Please inspect every delivery before you sign for it.

Visible damage or a short count: note it on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing, describing what you see, and photograph it. Then tell us the same day.
Concealed damage: tell us within 5 calendar days of delivery, with photographs of the packaging and the goods.
A signed clear delivery receipt makes a damage claim very difficult for us to win against a carrier, and we may not be able to help. This one step protects you.

8. Missing or lost shipments

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the shipment, check with everyone on site first, then tell us within 5 calendar days. We will open a carrier investigation, which typically takes several working days before the carrier reaches a conclusion.

9. Delivery addresses

We ship to addresses within the United States. Please check your delivery address carefully — address corrections after dispatch carry a carrier fee, and we cannot redirect freight once it is on a trailer. We do not ship to PO boxes for freight, and some parts cannot go to PO boxes either.

10. Delays outside our control

Once a shipment leaves us it is in the carrier’s hands. We are not liable for carrier delays, weather, mechanical breakdown, missed appointments, or consequential losses such as jobsite downtime arising from a late delivery. We will always chase the carrier on your behalf.
