Ambit AMBI-TITE 204 HFO Closed-Cell (B-Side)

Description

The AMBIT AMBI-TITE 204 HFO resin is the B-Side of AMBIT Polyurethane’s AMBI-TITE 204 HFO closed-cell spray foam system. Pair it with the A-Side, AMBIT PMDI-ISO (our SKU 59586), sprayed 1:1 by volume. The finished foam insulates and air-seals in one pass in walls, floors, ceilings, attics and crawl spaces.

• R-value 6.8 @ 1″ (initial); 2″ = R-13, 3.5″ = R-23, 6″ = R-39
• Compressive strength above 20 psi
• Fire rating ASTM E84 Class 1 (flame spread under 25, smoke developed under 450)
• Approvals ICC-ES ESR-4427; Class II vapor retarder and air-impermeable at 2″ or more
• Storage / shelf life B-Side 55 to 70°F out of sunlight, 6 months

Processing

• Mix ratio 1:1 by volume (A:B)
• Spray pressure 900 to 1,200 psi
• Primary and hose heat 108 to 115°F summer, 108 to 130°F winter
• Drum temperature 70 to 80°F before use
• Substrate 50 to 110°F, moisture 19% or less, humidity under 85%
• Pass thickness 4″ maximum per pass; let the core cool below 100°F before the next pass
